After a recent inspection of Mordecai Island by Michele Budd, Jim Dugan, and Jamie Balbo, we found that the island is in great shape and doesn’t need a fall cleanup this year.
But we’re still making good use of the day.
We’re inviting anyone who was planning to attend—or anyone curious about the island—to join us for a guided boat tour around Mordecai instead. Members of our Executive Board will be on hand to share updates about the island, including details about the upcoming breakwater project and ongoing restoration efforts.

No cleanup gear is needed—just come ready to listen, learn, and enjoy the ride.
